La Booking Resort nasce alla fine del 2020 in piena periodo di pandemia, dal tenace Salvatore Spavone, con il supporto del giovane figlio Vincenzo. Salvatore nasce dalla Scuola Alberghiera e sviluppa le Sue competenze per i Ristoranti della Buonaparte Hotel , Sol Melia e Planetaria Hotels, dove, da Restaurant Manager, dirige con risultati eccellenti. Nel frattempo sperimenta l’attività in proprio di Bar/Ristorante nel Centro di Milano e successivamente di Maggiordomo per un noto imprenditore, per poi ritornare in Planetaria. Nel 2020, Salvatore vuole mettere la propria esperienza a diretta disposizione dei Clienti e, costituita la Booking Resort, che ha come obiettivo primario la crescita nel settore Turistico-Alberghiero, nel Giugno 2021 apre l’Hotel Star 3 Stelle Superior (51 camere, Ristorante, Bar, Area Relax per Bambini e nel suo giardino la Vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio) che si afferma subito nel panorama di Cesenatico con il Suo servizio di qualità, l’ottima pulizia ed il cibo raffinato. Alla fine del 2021 si aggiunge all’avventura Domenico Lubrano (anche Lui proviene dal ramo alberghiero con una lunga esperienza negli Hotels 4 e 5 stelle di Milano e Sorrento, prima come Receptionist poi come Capo Ricevimento per la Buonaparte Hotel, successivamente UNA Hotels, e Front Office e Reservation Manager per il Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria , Leading Hotels of the World) e aprono la Booking Resort Due con l’Hotel Villa Maria (31 camere, Ristorante, Bar, Parcheggio, Sala Tv) una piccola chicca nel pieno centro di Cesenatico.
